Update - December 15, 2011  - - - Arbitration dates for the Collective Agreement are Feb 28-29, 2012

Update - February 17, 2011 - Gareth Drinnan called the conciliator yesterday and a decision has not been made by the employer. 

NEWS FLASH - The Trustees counted the votes for the Proposed Collective Agreement on February 7th and out of the 729 ballots that were recieved - 91% voted NO. GarethDrinnan has been in contact with the conciliator who will get in touch with the Department to see what the employer wants to do next. Gareth hopes to have an answer soon.
